This software and associated documentation files are the exclusive property of Ari Kotler, operating as Intentioned.tech.

Grant of License

This license grants you NO rights to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and/or sell copies of the Software without explicit written authorization from the copyright holder.

Permitted Uses (Authorized Users Only)

If you have obtained a valid commercial license, you may:

Use the Software for personal or commercial purposes as specified in your license agreement
Deploy the Software on hardware you own or control
Create custom scenarios and configurations for your own use

Restrictions

Without a valid commercial license, you may NOT:

Copy, reproduce, or distribute the Software in any form
Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Software
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
Use the Software for any commercial purpose
Sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the Software to third parties
Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks

Intellectual Property

The Software, including but not limited to:

System architecture and modular design
Scenario configuration format and structure
Communication analysis algorithms
User interface design and implementation

constitutes proprietary trade secrets and intellectual property of the copyright holder. The selection, arrangement, and composition of components represents significant creative and technical work protected under international copyright and trade secret laws.

Third-Party Components

This Software incorporates third-party open-source components, each subject to their own license terms. See THIRD_PARTY_LICENSES for details. Your use of this Software does not grant you any rights to those components beyond what their respective licenses allow.

Warranty Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COPYRIGHT HOLDER BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software in your possession.

Governing Law

This license shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this license shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.

Entire Agreement

This license constitutes the entire agreement between you and the copyright holder concerning the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous oral or written communications, proposals, and representations.
